Ben Beasley
Ben is a leadership and performance development specialist with over 25 years of experience across military, public, and private sector environments. In 2026, he assumed responsibility for FranklinCovey’s work in Bermuda, with a focus on ensuring programmes are delivered to a consistently high standard and applied in a way that is practical, relevant, and aligned to organisational objectives.
Having applied FranklinCovey principles in senior leadership appointments, including as Commanding Officer of the Royal Bermuda Regiment, Ben brings direct experience of how these approaches strengthen trust, improve execution, and support high-performing teams within complex organisations.
His experience includes leading national and regional operations, designing performance and training systems, and supporting organisational improvement initiatives across multiple sectors.
His background includes senior operational leadership, organisational performance analysis, and the design and implementation of structured training and development systems to improve capability, alignment, and performance.
Ben holds an MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership.
