Unconscious biases are how our brains compensate for overload which can inhibit performance and lead to poor decision-making.  Leaders need to face bias with courage and create spaces where everyone is respected, included, valued, and truly able to contribute their best. The workshop covers the impact of bias on behaviour, decisions and performance, as well as strategies to begin to address bias, creating a culture where everyone thrives.
