Richard L. James

Richard is a Senior Leadership Consultant for FranklinCovey, facilitating a wide range of FranklinCovey programs for more than 20 years in both the public and private sectors in Bermuda.   He has also been invited to deliver workshops in the Cayman, the Bahamas, and Jamaica.

Participants credit his enlightening and challenging sessions with insights that have significantly impacted their personal and professional lives.  His management experience provides rich examples for the content he teaches.

Prior to his association with FranklinCovey, Richard served in various capacities within the Public Service during his 25-year career with the Bermuda Government.  His posts included Chief Architect at the Ministry of Works and Engineering and Development Manager at the Bermuda Housing Corporation.

Richard is a Registered Architect in Bermuda. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howard University, a Master of Architecture degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Management from Boston University.
